With the fast expansion taking place in the Cedar Mill area, Polygon NW has teamed up with Gramor Development Inc. to complete commercial development around Polygon’s 1,100 homes and apartments. The 90,000-sqaure-foot shopping center will provide the communities with high-end retail service within a short walking distance.
Timberland construction begins in August with the center slated to open in late 2014. The Beaverton Planning Commission approved the development plan earlier this month.
